A panel of experts discussed commercial free speech and food nutrition and regulation. The chief counsel for the House Subcommittee on Courts, Commercial and Administrative Law, Committee on the Judiciary provided outlook into the state of regulatory reform in Congress.

The panel was moderated by William MacLeod who heads up the Competition practice at Kelley Drye & Warren. Bill is a former Director of the Bureau of Consumer Protection at the Federal Trade Commission, and a former advisor to the Assistant Attorney General in the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice.
