Shannon DiBari is senior vice president and chief administrative officer at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. She provides leadership and direct management oversight to the Chamber’s Human Resources, Facilities, General Services, Security, Corporate Programs, and Small Business Membership Sales departments. She is also responsible for renovating and maintaining the Chamber’s historic headquarters building across Lafayette Square from the White House.

DiBari engages senior management in organizational planning and development and is responsible for fostering a work environment that drives creativity, accountability, and results.

A graduate of the College of William and Mary, DiBari began her career with the Chamber in 1979 in the Office of the General Counsel. She has held positions of increasing responsibility across the organization.

DiBari lives in Burke, Virginia, with her husband, Ralph. They have two sons, Antonio and Brendan.
