DISCLOSE is censorship, not democracy.

Instead of concentrating on job creation and economic growth, the congressional majority has turned its
attention to silencing its critics and protecting incumbent jobs in the fall.

With economic uncertainty and rising unemployment still plaguing the nation, Congress should focus on finding a solution to create jobs and generate growth.

Yet, they are spending their time pushing the so-called DISCLOSE Act—special interest legislation that would protect incumbents, offering carve-outs for incumbent supporters and silencing potential opponents.

Congress, censoring your critics in order to protect your jobs is un-American and un-democratic. Your jobs aren’t more important than Americans’ jobs. Let’s focus on growing our economy and getting Americans back to work over advancing personal interests. Vote NO on the DISCLOSE Act.
