Local and Regional Chambers Information
Important update for Local Chamber Accreditation applicants!
In an on-going effort to improve the Accreditation process, the Accrediting Board has approved a digital application for use during 2009 and beyond. Please note that hard-copy applications are no longer accepted by the U.S. Chamber Accreditation program.
Ready to apply?
For Local, Metro, and Regional Chambers of Commerce
Step 1: If you have not already done so, take the Accreditation Self-Analysis Survey to find out if your chamber is ready to apply for Accreditation.
Step 2: Let us know you plan to apply for Accreditation!
You must submit your "Intent to Apply" at least one month prior to submitting the application, although we strongly recommend you submit your intent as you first begin to work on the application. Filling out an intent to apply form will allow the chamber to receive communications from the Accreditation staff regarding program updates and invitations to conference calls.
