2nd Annual Health Care Summit
Harnessing Efficiencies to Increase Value and Improve Outcomes
Doors open: 8:30AM
Program: 9:00AM – 4:30PM
Reception: 4:30PM – 5:30PM
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation will co-host the 2nd Annual Health Care Summit to explore how strategies in the private and public sectors can be utilized to increase value and improve outcomes as the nation rapidly approaches major changes to the health care system in 2014 and beyond.
As the world’s largest business federation representing the interests of more than three million businesses and organizations of every size, sector, and region, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce promotes health care reform that builds on the current employer-sponsored system and uses market-based solutions to lower cost, improve quality, cover more individuals, and protect American jobs and the businesses that create them.
This event will examine how current efficient practices in the health care system can be leveraged to increase value by addressing cost and quality challenges system-wide, ultimately strengthening the U.S. health care system and improving outcomes for all. The event will also feature the presentation of the 2013 U.S. Chamber of Commerce Health Care Leadership Award.
