Let's Launch

We are thrilled to have you as a Federation partner. Now that you've submitted your items and promoted the program, getting our partnership program launched is only a few easy steps away. Remember, you need to complete these steps in order for us to 'launch' the program announcement to your members so they can take advantage of their U.S. Chamber membership benefits.

Please complete the following steps of the Launch Checklist:

  1. Review the announcement e-mail:
    - Chambers:
View the Announcement Email for Chambers (PDF)
    - Associations:
View the Association Announcement E-mail Template (PDF)
  2. Submit the following to federation@uschamber.com:
    - Your executive's approval or suggested changes to the announcement
    - Your executive's full name, title, and organization name as it should appear at
       the bottom of the announcement
    - Your executive's preferred launch date (see chart below)

Timing:

Processing of membership rosters requires a minimum of 6-8 weeks*. Your membership roster must have been submitted before February 22, 2008, in order to launch in the next few months. Please note that we are not able to accept membership lists until summer 2008. The U.S. Chamber is building a new Federation Partnership database, which requires a 4-6 month improvement period. We are not able to process lists during this time. Thanks for your patience.

*Subject to change if technical delays occur. Please contact us for more information.
