This one-of-a-kind hiring fair brought high-caliber veterans and military spouses and an excellent array of high-quality employers together. 2011's “Hiring our Heroes” Hiring Fair was presented in partnership with the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce, Idaho Department of Labor, the Employer Support for the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), and United States Department of Labor VETS. The event was held on Wednesday, November 9th, 2011 at the Courtyard Marriott Boise West/Meridian from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The event was part of the Hiring our Heroes initiative to hold 100 Fairs for veterans and military spouses around the country. The event was FREE to both employers and job seekers.
