Thank you for joining us May 17, 2012 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, for a job fair for veteran job seekers, active duty military members, Guard and Reserve members, and military spouses, in the Lido Ballroom of The Venetian | The Palazzo, 3355 Las Vegas Boulevard South. This event was held in conjunction with the The Venetian | The Palazzo semi-annual “Salute Our Troops” multi-day event and was a one-of-a-kind FREE hiring fair for both employers and job seekers.

Employers were also invited to participate in a forum on employment and transition programs for wounded warriors on May 16 from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM.

This Capital One-sponsored hiring event was conducted by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the The Venetian | The Palazzo in partnership with the Department of Labor Veterans Employment and Training Services (DOL VETS), the Student Veterans of America, the Las Vegas Chamber, the Henderson Chamber, the North Las Vegas Chamber, the Nevada Committee of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), Recruit Military, Hire Heroes USA, NBC News, and other local partners.
