The U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Hiring Our Heroes hiring fair was scheduled for August 16, 2012, at the Fantasy Springs Resort Casino. We were committed to making this one-of–a-kind FREE hiring fair a win-win for employers and veteran/military spouse job seekers.

This hiring event was conducted by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s “Hiring Our Heroes” Program and co-sponsored locally by the Palm Desert Area Chamber of Commerce, Department of Labor Veterans’ Employment & Training Service (DOL VETS), U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Indio Workforce Development Center, State of California Employment Development Department, Guard Support Center, the Employer Support of the Guard & Reserve (ESGR), California National Guard’s “California Guard Work for Warriors” Program, Veterans Employment Committee, the American Legion, the United States Army Reserve and the Fantasy Springs Resort Casino.
