This event will be a one-of-a-kind FREE hiring fair for both employers and job seekers.
A workshop will be held for veterans and other military job seekers that focuses on resume writing, tips for successfully navigating hiring fairs, military skill translation, and interviewing will start at 9:30 a.m.
This event is sponsored by First Command and co-sponsored locally by the Hudson Valley Gateway Chamber of Commerce, New York National Guard, NYS Department of Labor, the NY Committee for the Employer Support of the Guard & Reserve (ESGR), the U. S. Department of Labor Veterans Employment and Training Service (DOL VETS), U. S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and The American Legion.

Interested candidates must complete the FREE electronic pre-registration in order to participate. A maximum of 50 participants will be accepted for the workshop. Walk-ins will be allowed if all pre-registrants fail to attend.
