Workforce Innovation Networks (WINs)

The Workforce Innovation Networks (WINs) was a national, multiyear initiative that helped chambers make their workforce development system more market-driven and responsive to the needs of both employers and workers.

WINs was a partnership of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's Institute for a Competitive Workforce, Jobs for the Future, and the National Association of Manufacturers Center for Workforce Success. These partners improved the ability of a network of local and state employer associations and other employer-led organizations to be effective workforce intermediaries.
