The Institute for Organization Management (Institute) is the premier professional development program for employees of associations, chambers of commerce, professional societies, and other nonprofit membership organizations. Curriculum -- Get required and elective course descriptions. Institute participants complete a designated course of study over a four-year period that's designed to introduce the concepts and knowledge essential for success in chamber and association management.
