- Successfully advocated for enactment of H.R. 1249, the America Invents Act.
- Led nationwide business coalition of 400 companies and associations from 60 different sectors of the economy in support of the PROTECT IP Act and the Stop Online Piracy Act.
- Orchestrated two Hill blitz lobbying days and a “Rogue Site Roulette” event highlighting the dangers of counterfeit goods, as well as an August outreach to key members in their home districts and nearly 22,000 constituent letters sent to key Judiciary members from Utah, Oregon, and Vermont to rally support for rogue sites legislation.
-
Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) Agreement: Led successful business coalition efforts to ensure that the U.S. government put forth the highest level of IP provisions in the TPP.
