NCLC Names Bryan Culbert Director of Communications

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The National Chamber Litigation Center (NCLC) has named Bryan M. Culbert to the position director of communications. Prior to joining the NCLC, Culbert served as communications manager and senior editor for Northrop Grumman's Electronic Systems sector. In these roles, he provided communications counsel and speechwriting to senior company executives.

A seasoned communications professional, Culbert previously provided public relations support to Allstate Insurance Co., the Phil Gramm for President Campaign, and U.S. Rep. Joe Barton (R-TX).

In this newly created position, Culbert's responsibilities include managing the center's media outreach efforts, providing communications support to NCLC executives, and ensuring the strategic alignment of all NCLC communications.

Culbert earned a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Texas at Arlington, and is a master's degree candidate in public affairs at the Johns Hopkins University.

The National Chamber Litigation Center is a membership organization that advocates fair treatment of business in the courts and before regulatory agencies.
