U.S. Chamber Applauds Senate Passage of the Bipartisan Jobs Act

WASHINGTON, D.C.—U.S. Chamber of Commerce Executive Vice President for Government Affairs Bruce Josten released the following statement today regarding Senate passage of the bipartisan JOBS Act:

“Over the past 10 years we have seen America’s global economic leadership increasingly threatened by rising competitors and our own outdated rules. The bipartisan JOBS Act is the first step to allow America’s businesses and entrepreneurs to step up their game in a global economy. We call on Congress to resolve any differences quickly and send the JOBS Act to the President for his approval—and allow businesses to grow and create jobs.”

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is the world’s largest business federation representing the interests of more than 3 million businesses of all sizes, sectors, and regions, as well as state and local chambers and industry associations.
