Publications

In addition to producing custom reports for its clients, the U.S. Chamber's Research and Analysis Center publishes two comprehensive guides to employee benefits and workers' compensation laws each year. No business library would be complete without them.

Analysis of Workers' Compensation Laws
Published annually, the Analysis of Workers' Compensation Laws contains the most comprehensive, up-to-date information on state and provincial workers' compensation laws and indemnity benefits. It is an indispensable reference for answering the workers' compensation questions your company faces.

Employee Benefits Study
Looking for a simple and affordable tool to aid you in evaluating your company's benefits package? Each annual edition of the Employee Benefits Study contains actual payroll expenditures of over 600 U.S. companies of various sizes, industries and geographic locations, cost and frequency data on over 30 different benefits. It also details spending on legally required payments (Workers' Compensation, FICA, etc.) and a wide variety of benefit categories.
Employee Benefits Trending Analysis 1996-2006
This booklet focuses on the benefits, in addition to wages, that U.S. employers provided to their employees for calendar/fiscal years 1995-2005. Interested individuals and companies will be able to see the impact employee benefits have had on the U.S. marketplace over the last ten years.
State Business Incentives and Tax Guide
The Chamber's first annual 2005 State Business Incentives and Tax Guide (underwritten by AIG) is the first and only affordable publication to cover state and personal taxes, workforce data, and state business incentives - including tax credits, financial incentives, and Enterprise Zones. The Guide provides an indispensable state-by-state listing of the financial and non-financial incentives available to businesses looking to relocate or expand their operations, hire additional employees, re-train existing workers, and redevelop blighted areas.

United States Business Facts
This publication is a compilation of current employment and business data and statistics. Compiled from a variety of government and non-governmental sources, United States Business Facts presents an objective view of the state of free enterprise in America.

Sponsorships and imprints are available for all publications. Please contact the RAC for more information.
