The Environmental Protection Agency held “listening sessions” to help guide new regulations on all of our nation’s electricity generation facilities. America gets 40 percent of our electricity from coal—some states get as much as 95 percent. Yet EPA did not visit any of the top ten states most reliant on coal for their electricity. EPA should listen to them, too.
