If you design and sell accessories, apparel, or beauty products, you might consider joining Shop Latinx. It’s a curated online marketplace for Latinx brands and consumers. The site has experienced considerable growth since it was founded in 2016, forming partnerships with companies like Nike and Foot Locker.

United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce

The United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC) was founded in 1979 and is the umbrella organization for local Hispanic chambers of commerce. The USHCC offers numerous resources for Hispanic-owned businesses, including a business directory.

If you join as a Hispanic Business Enterprise (HBE), you’ll have increased contracting opportunities with the federal government and many Fortune 1000 companies. You’ll also have access to programs and initiatives designed to strengthen Hispanic-owned businesses.

There are three different membership levels — Entrepreneur, Innovator, and Leader — and the membership fees range from $1,000 to $5,000 annually. But every member receives automatic placement in the USHCC supplier diversity referral database.

Intentionalist is a site dedicated to making it easier for individuals to find and support small businesses and diverse communities. It was founded on the belief that where you spend your money matters, and the site makes it easier to find businesses owned by women, people of color, veterans, LGBTQ-identifying people, families, and disabled people.

While Intentionalist isn’t solely focused on Hispanic-owned businesses, it does have a page featuring Latino-owned companies. And the organization is constantly trying to add to the business directory, so if you create an account, you can request to add your small business.

Support Latino Business

Support Latino Business is a movement dedicated to highlighting the contributions of Latino-owned businesses. The Latinx community is creating businesses at a higher rate than any other demographic, but they often lack access to funding and other necessary resources.
