Jaclyn Neuman is the Senior Manager of Member Relations for Small Business Policy at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Jaclyn directly supports the Small Business Council. by managing council membership and engages with members on a regular basis to increase small business input and involvement in Chamber activities.
Jaclyn’s first exposure to the Chamber was during a college internship with the Communication and Strategy Department. Before joining the Chamber full time in September 2019, Jaclyn was the Director of Scheduling and Operations on Capitol Hill for U.S. Congressman Brian Mast (FL-18). She supported the congressman and staff across four congressional offices to manage successful planning and execution of meetings and events. Earlier in her career, she worked as an associate on the business development team at POLITICO.
Jaclyn holds a B.A. in public relations and strategic communication from American University. She is a member of the Junior League of Washington and has taught ballet in the D.C. area for the past four years.
