Jonny leads Embark's work with state and federal government agencies, legislatures, and industry stakeholders to ensure the safe and rapid deployment of highly automated trucks. For over a decade Jonny has worked as a consultant and expert advisor at the intersection of technology and public policy for executives in the insurance, automotive, and technology sectors. Jonny previously served as a Presidential Management Fellow on technology and national security issues in the White House, Department of State, and Department of Defense. He has worked internationally as a Robert Bosch Foundation Public Policy Fellow in Germany and a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ukraine. Jonny holds at Master’s in Public Policy from UC Berkeley and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Duke University.
