Do I have to be a member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce to join Main Street Leaders?

No. But to unlock the full benefits of being a Main Street Leader, you need to be a member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
 

Is there a cost associated with becoming a Main Street Leader?

There is no cost to being a Main Street Leader. However, to get the full benefits of being a Main Street Leader, we highly recommend becoming a member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. For example, only members of the U.S. Chamber can be featured in our publications.

Main Street Leaders receive a 50% discount on their Chamber membership.
 

How do I become a member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce?

You can become a member by calling 800-638-6582. If you have been confirmed as a Main Street Leader, you can ask our Chamber representative about the discount.

What are the U.S. Chamber of Commerce priorities for small business?

Every policy that the Chamber works on benefits small business, but the Main Street Leaders will focus on three to five specific policy issues per year. For 2019 the issues are taxes, health care, workforce development, access to capital, and regulatory relief. Learn more about these priorities.
