Marshall is the executive vice president of Stantec’s global water business line, providing strategic direction for the planning, delivery, and operation of water-related infrastructure for public and private entities.
A strong proponent of maintaining quality of life through the company’s business and sustainability practices, Marshall applies his expertise in integrated water resources planning and management to deliver on the values and expectations of shareholders, clients, and employees. He believes that the public and private sectors must collaborate to find cost-effective, sustainable water solutions.
Marshall serves as a member of the Industry Advisory Council for the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), a post that brings him back to his alma mater. Marshall has a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from San Diego State University, and both a masters and doctorate in civil engineering from UCLA. He also completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School. He is a registered civil engineer.
