How do I log on to the uschamber.com members-only pages?

To log on to the website, you need to create a web account.

  1. To create an account, go to http://www.uschamber.com/user/login.
  2. Fill out the form as prompted. (You will need your member number.)
  3. Once you have created your account, you will be able to access the members only pages. On future visits to the website, you can login using your e-mail address and the password just created.

 

What is my member number?

There are several ways to find out your member number:

  1. Fill out the Member Number Inquiry Form, and we'll e-mail it to you.
  2. Call 800-638-6582 and a member service representative will provide you with your membership number.
  3. Your member number can be found on your welcome letter and payment notification email.

What is the contact information for my local chamber of commerce?

How do I update my contact info?

There are two ways to update your contact information.

  1. Send an e-mail to memberservices@uschamber.com with the information to be changed along with the new information. Please include your member number and/or company name with this information.
  2. Call one of our member services representatives at 800-638-6582.

How can I get a new membership certificate?

Membership certificates are sent out upon receipt of membership dues. If you have misplaced yours or have an error on yours, please call one of our member services representatives at 800-638-6582.

What benefits and services do I get as a member of the U.S. Chamber?

A description of the membership benefits, discounts, and services is available online, or by contacting a member service representative at 800-638-6582. Benefits vary slightly among the three types of membership: business, chamber of commerce, and association.

How do I renew my membership?

There are two ways to renew your membership:

  1. A renewal notice should have been sent to you in the mail. Fill out the renewal form, include a check or credit card information, and send it in to the address given at the top of the form.
  2. Call one of our member services representatives at 800-638-6582.

How do I add a Chamber logo/websticker to my website?

It's the Chamber's policy not to release our logo for marketing collateral. However, members can download a websticker for their website. Simply log on to the websticker members-only page, click on the websticker you would like to use, and paste the provided code into your webpage or fill out form provided and send the code to your webmaster.

Where can I get a copy of the Chamber logo to add to my marketing collateral?

It's the Chamber's policy not to release our logo for marketing collateral. However, members receive a decal and membership certificate to be displayed on your store front. Members can also download a websticker for their web storefront.

How do I sign up for an event? Are they open to anyone?

Please check our calendar for upcoming events. You can register and submit payment for many of our events online, although not every event is open to the general public.

Can I get a list of U.S. Chamber members?

It is the policy of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce not to distribute or make public information about our members. To find out if a specific company is a member, you will have to contact the company directly. You can also view our privacy policy.

Are membership dues and other investments in the U.S. Chamber of Commerce tax deductible?

Contributions to the U.S. Chamber are not tax deductible as a charitable contribution. For 2017, 25% of contributions relates to lobbying and is not tax deductible as a business expense; 75% may be deductible as a business expense. The U.S. Chamber does not solicit or accept funds earmarked for political purposes.
