Nicholas manages Japan and Korea policy at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, which includes the U.S.-Japan Business Council and U.S.-Korea Business Councils.
He leads the councils' policy work related to digital trade, cybersecurity, and workforce productivity, as well as the Chamber’s U.S.-Japan-Korea Digital Economy Initiative, aimed at advancing a public policy framework to support the digital technologies in the Asia-Pacific.
Previously, he was a Research Associate at Business Executives for National Security, and spent a number of years living and working in China and Korea. He holds a MS in International Affairs and a BA in Economics from Northeastern University.
