Andrea Esposito

Andrea Esposito is Sole Director of LAER S.p.A., President of Confindustria Benevento, and Co-Chair of the B20 USA Innovation Task Force.
A manufacturing executive and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of industry experience, he has led LAER's transformation from a small and medium-sized enterprise into a Tier 1 supplier serving leading global aerospace manufacturers. Since assuming leadership in 2005, he has driven the company's growth through technological innovation, operational excellence, international expansion, and strategic diversification. Today, the Group operates five manufacturing facilities across Italy, specializing in the design and production of advanced metallic and composite aerostructures.
In recent years, Esposito has led a period of sustained growth, doubling the Group's revenue compared with 2022 through major international contracts and the expansion of its customer base. In 2022, he also completed a strategic acquisition that expanded the Group's industrial portfolio into engineered systems for the energy and mechanical sectors. Today, the Group also operates as a General Contractor, delivering steel structures, pressure vessels, and piping systems for the oil and gas, refining, chemical, and energy industries.
He also serves as Sole Director of LAG S.p.A., the family's industrial holding company, where he oversees acquisitions and long-term investment strategies.
His expertise spans corporate strategy, finance, lean manufacturing, mergers and acquisitions, and industrial transformation. In addition to his executive responsibilities, he serves on the Technical Committee of the Italian Aerospace Technology Cluster (CTNA) and contributes to the development of business-driven policy recommendations for the G20 through the B20 USA Innovation Task Force.
