Andrea Pemberton, Talent & Organizational Effectiveness Lead at Arrowhead Consulting, specializes in solving complex organizational problems, helping organizations build inclusive, productive cultures, and supporting organizations in their talent attraction, development, and retention efforts.

Andrea previously served as executive director of TYPROS, one of the nation’s largest young professional organizations, at the Tulsa Regional Chamber. In her role as executive director of TYPROS, Andrea supported hundreds of young professional volunteers on community development initiatives, helped build the most diverse leadership board in the organization’s history, and helped launch a program to train young professionals to run for local government.

Andrea is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma where she obtained a B.A. in Anthropology and a M.A. in Organizational Dynamics.  She is also a former Fulbright Scholar, where she conducted research on integrated Jewish-Arab schools in Israel. Andrea holds certifications from several organizations including Prosci Change Management and Hogan Assessments and is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Andrea enjoys traveling, reading, and volunteering and is a self-proclaimed local politics and podcast junkie. She currently serves as vice president of the League of Women Voters of Metropolitan Tulsa and as a board member with Leadership Tulsa.
