Bill Lee, IOM

Born in New Mexico and raised on green Chile Bill Lee is a 2012 graduate of the United States Chamber of Commerce - “Institute for Organization Management” and has served on their Board of Regents and is currently a faculty member, primarily teaching leadership development.
Bill is a Certified Clifton StrengthsFinder executive and personal coach. He is the President and C.E.O. of 4th Element Leadership. Bill served as County Commissioner for District 3 in McKinley County from 2016-2020. He has been recognized as a “Regional Champion” by the Northwest New Mexico Council of Governments and, as one of the “Top 22 C.E.O.s” in New Mexico - 2013 by “Albuquerque Business First”.
Bill was unanimously confirmed by the New Mexico State Senate to serve on the New Mexico State Fair Commission from 2014-2018, and was recently appointed to the New Mexico Tourism Commission.
In addition to his leadership roles in the chamber and his private business, he offers Hot Air Balloon rides and flies the New Mexico True hot air balloon for the state tourism department. Bill is married, has two grown daughters and three wonderful grandchildren.
