Christine Kanuch

Christine Kanuch, chief financial officer at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, oversees the Chamber’s financial operations, budget management, and the alignment of financial performance with strategy.  She was appointed chief financial officer in January 2024, having served the Chamber for 25 years, most recently as vice president of finance.

Prior to joining the Chamber, Kanuch was the controller at the American Trucking Associations. She began her career in the audit practice of Ernst & Young, now EY.

Kanuch is a certified public accountant and a graduate of the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. Currently, she is the treasurer and a board member of Humanity & Inclusion U.S., an international aid organization. Kanuch and her husband, Jim, reside in Alexandria, Virginia.
