Daniel Godinho is Vice President of Sustainability and Corporate Affairs at WEG, where he leads the company's sustainability strategy and institutional engagement across national and international stakeholders. Bringing together experience in government, international organizations, and the private sector, he works at the intersection of sustainability, public policy, and global business. 

Before joining WEG, Daniel served as Brazil's Foreign Trade Secretary, leading international trade negotiations and advancing the country's trade agenda across multiple markets. He also worked as a senior consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), supporting initiatives that fostered regional economic development and strengthened public-private collaboration. 

Throughout his career, Daniel has built strategic partnerships across industry, governments and multilateral institutions, helping shape policies and initiatives that promote sustainable development and responsible business practices.
