Diane Brady is Executive Editorial Director of Fortune, where she writes the CEO Daily newsletter, hosts the Leadership Next podcast and oversees the Fortune CEO Initiative, a community of global business leaders. She joined Fortune in early 2024 from Forbes, where as Assistant Managing Editor she oversaw leadership coverage, C-suite networks and editorial video and built new events and franchises. She previously worked at McKinsey, Bloomberg Businessweek, The Wall Street Journal and Maclean's. She is the author of "Fraternity," named one of Amazon's best books of 2012, and co-author with former Cisco CEO John Chambers of "Connecting the Dots."
