Eduardo Coello

Eduardo Coello is Chairman of Visa Latin America and the Caribbean, a role created in 2025 in which he leads Visa's strategic engagement with government officials and industry leaders across the region. He served as regional president from 2015 to 2025, overseeing operations in 44 markets and territories and opening eight new offices. In a Visa career of more than 25 years, he also served as senior vice president leading business development and client relationships in the Caribbean, Andean, Central American and Southern Cone regions, and as country manager for Visa Mexico. He earlier worked at Procter & Gamble and Bancomer. He holds a mechanical engineering degree from Monterrey Institute of Technology and an MBA from IPADE.
