Ivy Mitchell is a coalition-building professional with a strong record of advancing business priorities through high-level stakeholder engagement and cross-sector partnerships. As Manager of Federation Relations and Coalition Partnerships at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, she connects business leaders and local chambers with policymakers through the Washington Fly-In Program and the Federation Briefing Program. Ivy leads large-scale initiatives, builds relationships with congressional and federal agency stakeholders, and expands the Chamber's strategic outreach across the business community. Driven by a genuine belief that American business is one of the most powerful forces for good, she is committed to making sure the people building companies and creating jobs have a real seat at the table in Washington. She holds a B.S. in Public Policy and Administration, Economics, and Political Communication from James Madison University.
