Katherine Ferazzi

Katherine Ferazzi is counsel at the U.S. Chamber Litigation Center, the litigation arm of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, where she handles a variety of litigation matters for the Chamber. 

Before joining the Litigation Center, Ferazzi practiced as a litigation associate in the D.C. office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She represented clients across a variety of industries, including energy, financial services, consumer electronics, aerospace, and biotechnology. 

Earlier in her career, Ferazzi served as a law clerk to the Honorable William H. Pryor Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the Honorable Andrew L. Brasher of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.  

Ferazzi graduated first in her class from the University of Alabama School of Law, where she was a senior editor of the Alabama Law Review. She received her B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Alabama.
