Madeline Murphy is the Associate Manager for North, West, and Central Africa and the Sustainability Lead for the U.S.-Africa Business Center at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. She brings over four years of experience in international affairs, including supporting USAID-funded programs focused on trade, investment, and social behavior change communication across West Africa.

Prior to joining the Chamber, Madeline gained experience managing USAID-funded international development programs at Creative Associates International and Equal Access International. 

Madeline holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies — with a concentration in International Organizations, Security, and Human Rights — and a Bachelor of Arts in French from the University of Denver's Josef Korbel School of International Studies. She speaks French and has applied her language skills extensively in her work across Francophone Africa.
