Max Siegel

Max Siegel has been Chief Executive Officer of USA Track & Field since 2012. Under his leadership, USATF secured a long-term partnership with Nike, brought the World Athletics Championships to the United States for the first time and was named World Athletics Member Federation of the Year in 2024. He previously was President of Global Operations at Dale Earnhardt Inc., founded Rev Racing, which ran NASCAR's Drive for Diversity program, and held senior roles at Sony Music. Earlier, he practiced law at Baker & Daniels, representing Olympic sports governing bodies, and represented professional athletes as an attorney and agent. He holds undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Notre Dame.
