Sarah Rajtik serves as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the world’s largest business organization representing companies of all sizes across every sector of the economy and across the globe. In this role, she oversees the Chamber’s daily administrative functions, driving operational efficiency and fostering seamless communication across departments to support the organization’s mission of advocating for pro-business policies, economic growth, innovation, and job creation.  

Rajtik assumed the position of CAO in July 2025, bringing a wealth of leadership experience from her tenure at the American Trucking Associations (ATA), where she served as Chief Operating Officer. At ATA, the nation’s leading organization representing the trucking industry, she spearheaded efforts to enhance operational processes and managed key functions, including human resources, finance & accounting, membership, sales, events, marketing, creative services, IT, building operations, and industry affairs.  

Prior to ATA, Rajtik gained extensive human resources expertise at the RSR Company, DayBlink Consulting, and the Center for Shared Services. Her career reflects a steadfast commitment to operational excellence and a passion for advancing the industries she serves. 

Rajtik earned her MBA from The McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University. She serves on the Board of Directors for Truckers Against Trafficking and the Advisory Council of the Women’s Democracy Network.
