U.S. Chamber urges district court to dismiss indictment under the Sherman Act

September 21, 2021

The Chamber’s amicus brief argues that courts have not held no-solicitation agreements to be per se illegal, and businesses and executives are entitled to fair notice of what conduct is and is not criminal under federal antitrust laws. Aaron M. Street, Elisabeth C. Butler, and John M. Talady of Baker Botts L.L.P. and the U.S. Chamber’s Litigation Center served as co-counsel for the U.S. Chamber.
