U.S. Chamber files amicus brief in Third Circuit arbitration case

The U.S. Chamber filed an amicus brief that urged the Third Circuit to reverse and hold that a district court may not order that notice be sent to potential members of a collective action who have agreed to resolve their disputes by arbitration on an individual basis. Andrew J. Pincus, Archis A. Parasharami, Daniel E. Jones, and Colleen M. Campbell of Mayer Brown LLP and the U.S. Chamber’s Litigation Center served as co-counsel for the U.S. Chamber.
