
Elizabeth Solis

Elizabeth Solis is the former intern in the Strategic Advocacy Division at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Solis researched and wrote blog posts on housing policy initiatives and conducted research and produces databases on pressing policy issues, including tariffs, national debt, budget cuts, and executive orders.
During her time at the Chamber, Solis was a Master of Public Policy Candidate (MPP) at the University of Maryland specializing in international security and economic policy, served on state and local human trafficking task forces, was the president of the university’s International Policy Council, and named the 2025–2026 Florence and Norman Brody Scholar for the School of Public Policy.
Solis received her Bachelor in Public and Nonprofit Administration from Eastern Michigan University in 2024 with departmental honors and as a Ronald E. McNair Scholar.
