
Foxhall Parker

Foxhall (Fox) Parker is the Director for the Center for Capital Markets Competitiveness at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, where he works on banking and insurance policy.
Prior to joining the Chamber, Parker served as Director of U.S. Government and Stakeholder Relations at Canopy Growth Corporation. In that capacity, Parker led on a variety of financial services issues ranging from cannabis banking to federal tax policy. Before joining Canopy Growth, Parker worked at the Democratic National Committee as the Finance Director for the mid-Atlantic, where he led business outreach and was an integral part of the 2020 Biden presidential campaign.
Early in his career, Parker worked on a half dozen campaigns and served in political roles for Congressman Gerry Connolly (VA-11), Senator Tim Kaine (Virginia), and Governor Ralph Northam (Virginia).
Originally from Alexandria, VA, Parker holds a bachelor’s degree from George Mason University and currently resides in Washington, D.C., with his wife, daughter, and two dogs.
