
Foxhall Parker

Foxhall (Fox) Parker is director at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Center for Capital Markets Competitiveness, where he works on banking and insurance policy.
Prior to joining the Chamber, Parker served as director of U.S. Government and Stakeholder Relations at Canopy Growth Corporation. As director, he led on a variety of financial services issues ranging from cannabis banking to federal tax policy. Before that, he worked at the Democratic National Committee as finance director for the mid-Atlantic, where he oversaw business outreach and was an integral part of the 2020 Biden presidential campaign.
Early in his career, Parker worked on a half-dozen campaigns and served in political roles for the late Rep. Gerry Connolly (VA-11), Sen. Tim Kaine (VA), and former Gov. Ralph Northam (D-VA).
Originally from Alexandria, Virginia, Parker holds a bachelor’s degree from George Mason University. He currently resides in Washington, D.C., with his wife, daughter, and two dogs.
