James Kenny

James Kenny is policy communications manager within the U.S. Chamber's communications division, where he drives public relations, media relations, external policy communications, research, and polling.
Prior to joining the U.S. Chamber, James handled public relations for multiple emerging technology and cybersecurity firms. He is an alum of Seanad Éireann (Senate of Ireland), the upper house of the Oireachtas (the Irish legislature).
A native of Galway, Ireland, James holds a master's degree from Trinity College Dublin, where he read for an M.Sc. in social research methodology, and a bachelor's degree from the University of Galway, where he read for a B.A.(Hons.) political science, sociology, and English literature.
