Scott Hall

Scott Hall serves as Senior Director of Strategic Advocacy Communications at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
Since joining the Chamber in 2019, Scott has led comprehensive, 360-degree strategic communications initiatives on emerging policy issues and special projects. His work spans areas including intellectual property, artificial intelligence, workforce development, capital markets, education, and small business, while also supporting the Chamber’s Member Relations team.
Previously, Scott served as Director of Communications at the Alliance of Automobile Manufacturers, where he managed advocacy campaigns and industry communications on behalf of twelve automakers for nearly a decade. Before that, he served as an aide in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas A&M University and resides in Washington, D.C.
