U.S. Chamber files coalition amicus brief urging Supreme Court to grant cert and hold that participation in a trade association or use of the same lobbying firms does not support an inference of an unlawful antitrust conspiracy

The brief argues that drawing such an inference would infringe on the First Amendment rights of associations and their members.
