Fifth Circuit refuses to limit discovery in key False Claims Act case
July 13, 2015
The Fifth Circuit reversed the district court’s decision to limit additional discovery, but affirmed the decision with respect to the seal violations, subject matter jurisdiction, and State Farm’s motion for judgment as a matter of law. The case is remanded for further proceedings.
