Joint Stipulation After the U.S. Chamber filed its coalition amicus brief in this appeal, the state agency defendant adopted a rule establishing a price cap for the manufacturer’s product; the manufacturer then challenged that rule in a new lawsuit. The U.S. Chamber has filed a coalition amicus brief supporting the manufacturer in the new lawsuit.
