Texas Supreme Court denies review, declining to address when proof of dose is required to establish causation in asbestos tort litigation

Three justices concurred in that denial but endorsed the proof-of-dose requirement, expressed concerns that the lower court improperly rejected it, and acknowledged the Court’s need to address the issue in a future case.
