Federation Partnership Program Terms and Conditions

The U.S. Chamber offers automatic enrollment in U.S. Chamber Action email products, available to the members of current U.S. Chamber Organization Members (either chambers of commerce or associations who are members in good standing of the U.S. Chamber). The U.S. Chamber will not use email addresses provided for any other products without explicit consent from Partnering Organization.

Partnering Organizations must be members in good standing of the U.S. Chamber.

Upon enrollment, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce will provide to members of Partnering Organizations:

  1. A welcome email introducing new members to the program and outlining benefits.
  2. Automatic enrollment in U.S. Chamber Action email products*.
  3. Product and service discounts** to affinity partners.

*1-2 emails per week, subject to change. Recipients may unsubscribe at any time.
**Subject to change and availability.

By providing members’ contact information, Partnering Organization consents to the U.S. Chamber’s use of members’ email addresses for U.S. Chamber Action email products. Partnering Organization affirms that it has authority to share its members’ email addresses with the U.S. Chamber for the purpose of receiving U.S. Chamber Action email products.
