The Center for International Private Enterprise is an independent, non-profit affiliate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

As one of the four core institutes of the National Endowment for Democracy, the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) promotes democratic and market-oriented economic reform by working directly with the private sector in developing countries.
