TO THE MEMBERS OF THE UNITED STATES SENATE:
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce supports the nomination of Brian Allen Benczkowski to serve as Assistant Attorney General for the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.
Mr. Benczkowski has distinguished himself as a public servant and is uniquely familiar with the Department and its operations, having previously served as Chief of Staff in both the Office of the Attorney General and the Office of the Deputy Attorney General. His confirmation would strengthen the leadership of the Criminal Division, which investigates, litigates, and resolves matters of great importance to the business community.
