“The Chamber congratulates Speaker Johnson. We appreciate his leadership at this critical moment and look forward to working with him to advance opportunities and address the many pressing challenges facing the American people and our allies around the world.
“As a Member of Congress, Representative Johnson has been a forceful advocate for free markets, limited government, and fiscal responsibility. We are buoyed that these are the principles that will guide him as the new Speaker. The Chamber will continue to work with Speaker Johnson and all Members of Congress to advance policy solutions to promote free enterprise, assist American workers, and defend the business ecosystem and businesses of all sizes.”
